How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance for most events, and 2-3 months for weddings during peak season (May-September). However, we can often accommodate last-minute bookings subject to availability.

Do you travel outside Birmingham?

Absolutely! While we're based in Birmingham, we regularly provide services across the entire UK. Travel costs may apply for venues outside a 30-mile radius, which we'll discuss when providing your quote.

Are your effects safe for indoor use?

Yes! Our sparkular machines use cold spark technology which is safe for indoor use and won't trigger fire alarms or sprinklers. We always conduct a venue assessment and work within all safety guidelines.

What's included in your packages?

Our serviced packages include equipment, delivery, setup, professional operation throughout your event, and pack down. We also include public liability insurance and all necessary risk assessments.

Do I need to get venue permission?

Yes, venue approval is required for most effects. We can provide documentation and risk assessments to help you get approval. Many venues we work with regularly are already familiar with our equipment.

How do payments work?

We require a 30% deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your event. We accept bank transfer, card payments, and PayPal for your convenience.
